Don't worry, Cheng Gengjun found that Guangzhou has recently released a wave of bidding announcements, the most conspicuous of which is the words "Haizhu Ring Central Wetland Value Circle".
The bidding documents clearly mention that the planning area of the high-quality urban renewal and development plan of the Central Wetland Value Circle is about 24.66 square kilometers, involving urban renewal units in old villages such as Ruibao, Hongwei, Dongfeng, Sanjiao, Fenghe, Longtan, Wufeng, Beishan, Tuhua, Luntou and Xiaozhou.
There are more than 10 old villages in Haizhu mentioned, including many names that have been silent for a long time. What impact will the planning of the central wetland value circle have on the transformation of these old villages around Haizhu Lake? Before that, let's take a look at the current situation of several old villages.
01 Red Guard steadily advancing, Dongfeng, Sanjiao "still like that"
As mentioned earlier, Jogjin jun has previously visited several of the old villages mentioned in the tender documents. In addition to the "regular customers" on message boards such as Kangle and Lujiang, old villages such as Hongwei Village, which are quite large and located in key planning areas, have always been the object of attention.

This is also an inevitable requirement under the current trend of old reform, and key points such as "scientific implementation" and "paying attention to historical and cultural protection" have become more prominent.
Take the huangpu old reform and adjustment as an example. According to the villagers' revelations, the verification results of 76 old reform projects in Huangpu have been released, 34 projects can continue to be promoted and need to be given priority to transformation, 33 projects need to complete relevant procedures, and 9 projects are suspended.

On the other hand, the content of these bidding documents in Guangzhou revolves around the coordinated planning of urban renewal units and regional transportation infrastructure, the coordinated planning with historical and cultural protection, the spatial quality improvement plan of urban villages and the revitalization and renewal plan of the old urban area, all of which are scheduled to be completed by the end of March 2023.
