A survey of the supply chain shows that the industry plans to move some components under the screen and reduce the area of the hole in 2026.
Subsequently, the supply chain will further improve the process in 2027 to ensure that 3D facial recognition functions can function properly under a single hole or a true full screen.
In fact, from the upgrade route of the iPhone in recent years, we can clearly see a series of Apple's layouts in this regard.
In 2017, Apple debuted an all-screen model, the iPhone X, with Face ID and the camera component placed in the top notch.
