For these details, Sima Yi remembered clearly in his heart, plus he seized the actual supreme power of Cao Wei, in order to prevent being disturbed by posterity after death, he also left a simple burial, and when he was buried, he "wore a timely costume, did not build a tree, did not have a grave, and did not set up a bright instrument" when he was buried.
There is no doubt that the purpose of Sima Yi's plan before his death was so that he would not be disturbed by future generations. In addition, he had another purpose - to compete with Zhuge Liang one last time. In the twelfth year of Jianxing of the Shu Han Dynasty (234), Zhuge Liang of the Fifth Northern Expedition had a stalemate with Sima Yi for more than 100 days because he failed to successfully seize the Northern Plains, and Zhuge Liang died of illness in the autumn of the same year. Zhuge Liang made detailed arrangements for his posthumous affairs: he ordered four soldiers to carry their coffins in one direction, and the place where the rope was broken was the burial place. Since no one else was involved, only the four soldiers carrying the coffin knew exactly where Zhuge Liang was buried.
But the rope that bound the coffin was so strong that it was impossible to be broken in a short time, and the soldiers could not bear the hard work of carrying it all the time. So the four people summed up, simply found a place to directly bury back to the errand, anyway, except for the four of them, no one knew whether the rope was broken or not. However, the minister questioned the court, and in fear, the four had to tell the truth, and as a result, Liu Chan was furious and put the four to death. In this way, no one knows where Zhuge Liang was buried. The famous tomb of Zhuge Liang in Wuzhangyuan is actually just a crown tomb. After Sima Yi's death, the two sons also followed his will to do things for him, and they killed all those in the know in order to keep secrets.
The world thought that Sima Yi's tomb would be the same as Zhuge Liang's, and no one would ever know about it or disturb it. But in June 2010, a thousand years later, his tomb was accidentally cracked by an old farmer. This old farmer's surname is Yang, and his family lives in Nancaizhuang, Yanshi City, Henan, near Shouyang Mountain. As the saying goes, the mountain eats the mountain, and on this day Lao Yang carried a hoe and climbed the Shouyang Mountain, which was originally planned to reclaim a little wasteland. As a result, after a busy time, Lao Yang turned over a few ancient coins, and Lao Yang felt that he might have dug up incredible cultural relics, so he sent these ancient coins to the local cultural relics department. After identification, experts believe that the place where the coin was unearthed may have been an ancient tomb.
The archaeological team went to the place where the coins were unearthed to explore and excavate, and sure enough, they found a tomb that was not very large, and the rough dynasty should be the period of the late Han and Jin dynasties. After Sima Yi's death, the Cao Wei court gave him the nickname "Marquis of Xuanwen". After Sima Zhao was crowned King of Jin, he posthumously honored his father as "King Xuan" on the basis of this title; Sima Yan called himself empress dowager, and posthumously honored Sima Yi as "Emperor Xuan". In this way, Sima Yi gradually became the "Xuan Emperor" of the Western Jin Dynasty from the original "Marquis Xuanwen" of Cao Wei. Various clues found in the tomb indicate that the owner of the tomb is Sima Yi, who is famous in history.
It's just that a plan he deliberately set up was accidentally cracked by an old farmer a thousand years later.
