Recently, the Qingdao National Water Rescue Brigade launched an ice rescue drill in Xiaoxi Lake, Zhongshan Park, Qingdao City, on simulating the alarm situation of "real people falling into ice caves". At 2:30 p.m. on the afternoon of the 16th, on the ice surface of Xiaoxi Lake in Zhongshan Park, with a command, the rescue drill officially began.
First of all, the auxiliary board rescue and ice rescue ship training was started, focusing on testing the tacit understanding of fire commanders and fighters to cooperate in combat. A firefighter plays a trapped crowd, simulating the police situation of "real people falling into ice caves". After the rescue personnel received the alarm, the fire commander and fighter were dispatched at the first time to assess the thickness of the ice surface, and the attacker crawled close to the trapped person, selected different rescue postures through the sound of the ice surface breaking, and then used auxiliary boards and ice rescue boats to carry out rescue. Due to the low temperature on the ice surface, fire rescue personnel need to constantly move their bodies to prevent rescue suits from freezing on the ice. During this period, through sign language, we communicated with the shore protection personnel and made concerted efforts to successfully rescue the people in distress.
