author:Xinhua News Agency client

In the early morning of February 4, when the temperature in the mountainous area of Luna Township, Huize County, Yunnan Province, dropped below zero degrees Celsius, Chen Chao, deputy director of the Luna Power Supply Institute of the Huize Power Supply Bureau of Qujing Huize Power Supply Bureau, Yunnan Province, and his colleagues braved the wind and snow to troubleshoot the 10 kV Luna Line Xinshi Branch Line.

The mountain road that he usually walked had been covered with snow and disappeared, and Chen Chao and his party took wooden sticks and walked forward while exploring the way. "The cold weather is the time when the masses urgently need electricity. We stick to our posts every day, and once the power supply equipment fails, we will rush to repair it as soon as possible. Chen Chao said.

On January 27, China Southern Power Grid Yunnan Power Grid Co., Ltd. issued an orange warning for low-temperature rain, snow and ice disasters. In the past few days, snowfall has occurred in Qujing, Zhaotong and other places in Yunnan, which has affected the power supply lines. As of February 3, a total of 40 transmission and distribution lines in Yunnan Power Grid were icing, resulting in power outages for some users.

Heavy snow makes it harder to repair electricity. Yunnan Power Grid Corporation organized emergency repair teams and party member commandos to overcome difficulties and rush to the power outage area to make every effort to troubleshoot and repair electricity.

During this year's Spring Festival, Yunnan Power Grid Company has invested a total of 1733 people to watch the ice and melt ice and repair personnel, 454 vehicles, 5 emergency generators, wind and snow to carry out inspections and rush to repair electricity. "Yunnan Power Grid Company has deployed two tracked all-terrain transport vehicles in the Zhaotong and Qujing areas." Gao Zhenyu, a staff member of the production technology department of Yunnan Power Grid Company, introduced that the crawler all-terrain transport vehicle has the characteristics of large load capacity, strong off-road ability and high transportation efficiency, and is a smart device equipped for power supply, which can adapt to snow, swamp and so on.

According to Yunnan Power Grid Corporation, at present, Yunnan has 22 sets of fixed ice melting devices, which can direct river ice melting for 266 lines of 110 kV and above; 7 sets of mobile ice melting devices can carry out DC ice melting for 60 35 kV and 110 kV lines; and 866 sets of icing online monitoring terminals. In addition, the province has set up 3098 artificial freezing points, basically covering key equipment, ensuring that enterprises can grasp the icing of the line in time and carry out targeted power repair work.

At the same time, Yunnan Power Grid Corporation sorted out the list of power supply users, compiled special plans for power supply guarantees and services; guided users to prepare power supply duty plans, formulated emergency plans for user power outages, and prepared spare parts; coordinated users and production personnel to determine temporary access points and access methods for emergency power generation vehicles, and established green channels to ensure timely and effective responses to emergencies.
