On the afternoon of January 20, a special emergency drill around the theme of "cold wave and power supply" was launched at the command center of Lingang New Area. The drill, jointly held by the Management Committee of Lingang New Area and the State Grid Shanghai Electric Power Company, aimed to test the rapid response ability, emergency disposal ability and coordination ability of the power supply support team under extreme weather.
This is the most extensive and intelligent cross-departmental special exercise in Lingang New Area so far. More than ten units such as a number of departments under the Lingang Management Committee, Nanhui New Town, and the State Grid Shanghai Pudong Power Supply Company sent more than 300 professionals, more than 80 various equipment vehicles and special vehicles to participate in the drill; at the same time, a number of advanced power grid equipment and technologies such as the digital twin system of the smart substation, the unmanned aerial vehicle inspection, the low-voltage flexible cable networking, and the 10 kV live operation were also "unveiled" in the drill.
In accordance with the requirements of "full combat" of field, practical operation and real-time interaction, the drill conducted a comprehensive simulation of the emergency support work of the power grid under extreme cold weather. Before the "cold wave" struck, Pudong Power Supply Company used intelligent inspection systems, power robots, unmanned aerial vehicles and other intelligent means to carry out special inspections of the line, found and timely lifted hidden dangers; when the power supply load of the authorities was "tense", and some power grid equipment was damaged or even overloaded and lost, the power dispatching department coordinated in an orderly manner, and the operation and maintenance department urgently dispatched forces to repair to ensure the stable power supply order.
The drill also specially set up a scene of "sudden power failure in the closed isolated area and the power generation vehicle cannot be connected". In this regard, Pudong Power Supply Company used the independently developed flexible cable networking, mobile π boxes and other technologies to simulate the implementation of priority to restore power supply to isolated communities, and then make further emergency repairs after the epidemic situation stabilizes.
In the drill link of "the power overhead line was damaged by external forces caused by the construction of the surrounding dangerous chemical storage enterprises to lose power", the power department dispatched the most advanced 10 kV medium-voltage mobile power supply vehicle in China to the scene to cooperate with the public security, fire and other rescue teams to jointly carry out emergency disposal; "electric power special soldiers" wear insulation protective equipment at high altitude skillfully and smoothly carry out live repairs, and complete the operation task in the shortest possible time to restore power transmission.
