Under the feudal imperial power, the imperial family "mother depends on the child", and for foreign regimes, the Manchu Qing Dynasty is even more so. In order to improve the origin of Wei Jia, Qianlong deliberately promoted the Lingfei family to the Manchurian Yellow Banner, making Lingfei a noble shangsan banner.

3. Since the Qianlong Emperor, the Manchu Qing Emperor has paid more attention to the Han people
At the beginning of the Qing Dynasty, the cruel nomadic policy led to the intensification of Manchu-Han contradictions. In order to maintain their rule, they slaughtered the Han people who disobeyed the Manchu Qing on a large scale, with the intention of making the Han people submit. However, the consequence was that the peasant revolts continued, and finally Shunzhi and Kangxi had to adjust their policies toward the Han and do their utmost to maintain political integrity and stability in the country.
After Qianlong, the imperial court appointed a large number of Han Chinese as officials of important functional departments to help the Qing Dynasty manage human resources and central financial revenue and expenditure.
Starting from Jiaqing, the Heyan faction, which represented the Manchu faction, fell, on the other side. In the nursery rhyme "He Yan falls, Jiaqing is full", the Jiaqing Emperor began to reuse Han officials such as Ji Xiaolan and Liu Yong.
The power of the Manchus in the Forbidden City declined repeatedly, and the Han people slowly entered the Golden Ruan Hall to give advice to the development of the Manchu Qing Dynasty, and gradually this became a secret of acquiescence, and the Old Eight Banners of the Manchu Qing Dynasty were powerless to resist even if they were not convinced.
In 1853, the third year of Xianfeng, the Taiping Army conquered Nanjing, renamed Tianjing, a mighty Taiping Heavenly Kingdom movement made the Manchu Qing almost finished, at this time the Xianfeng Emperor knew that he had to rely more on Han ministers to save his family's Jiangshan, although he was not necessarily willing in his heart.

The famous ministers who participated in the suppression of the Taiping Army included Zeng Guofan, Li Hongzhang, Zuo Zongtang, and Hu Linyi, who were important ministers of the late Qing Dynasty, and they were all Han Chinese. Although after Cixi came to power, reforms such as the Western Affairs Movement failed due to Cixi's obstruction. However, in the late Qing Dynasty, it was the Han people who held the power and future destiny of the Great Qing.
In the Western Affairs Movement, the representative figures of the reform faction of the central government were the face representatives of the imperial family, the original candidate for the imperial power, Prince Gong Yixin, and the local representative officials were Li Hongzhang, Zhang Zhidong, Zuo Zongtang and others, all of whom were Han Chinese. In contact with local representatives, Prince Gong fully demonstrated "respect" and "gong kinship", and the Han people at this time regained control of the future and direction of the dynasty.
