In the face of the strong combat effectiveness of the security regiment, the Japanese army could only encircle Lushan and could not attack it. In August 1938, the Battle of Wuhan broke out, and the Lushan security regiment was ordered to harass the Japanese army. But the security regiment was trapped in Lushan, how could it harass the Japanese army? After observing the Japanese army for a long time, Deng Zichao, the commander of the third regiment of the security regiment, had a dangerous method.
The Japanese army was tired and hungry at this time, and they had long lost their original fierceness, and they also felt that the security regiment was also tired, so they relaxed their guard. But unexpectedly, the soldiers of the security regiment actually launched a surprise attack in the middle of the night. Under the leadership of the leader of the three regiments, 400 people of death squads rushed into the Japanese camp, they held sharp knives, saw the Japanese army to kill, the Japanese army was not lightly frightened, too late to resist, the security regiment did not dare to give them a chance to struggle.
The raid was a resounding success, killing 300 ghosts, as well as one Daisaku and two Nakasa.
The security regiment tasted the fruits of victory, and later killed more than a hundred Japanese troops on New Year's Day. Lushan's younger brother's security regiment Ranokamura Ning was second in command, and major general Iizuka Kunigoro was shot dead at Lushan, which made Okamura Ningji very angry, and immediately called in a plane to bomb Lushan.
Under such difficult conditions, the security regiment persisted until the end of March 1939. Under the difficult conditions of Lushan, they insisted on nine months, which was really not easy. Later, the third regimental commander recalled that there were 1653 soldiers who had just ascended Lushan, but only 840 were at the end of the battle, but the spirit of the security regiment also impressed the Japanese army.
