Because at that time, Fukaisen Road was full of foreigners and politicians and rich merchants on the beach, Wang Jingwei paid special attention to this place, with the good impression left by his many passes through Wukang on Moganxia, he said that although Wukang Moganshan was in the mountains, but the environmental atmosphere of Fukaisen Road was very similar, and the rich merchants of foreigners loved to run there, so he named Fukaisen Road after Wukang.
