"A Hundred Years of Overseas Chinese Hearts" takes the grand history of "going down to Nanyang" as the background, combines scenes such as the starting place of overseas Chinese in Zhanglin Ancient Port in Shantou, overseas Chinese entrepreneurship in Southeast Asia, and overseas Chinese serving the country in the small park opening area, and selects materials from the stories in the Sunken Shantou Arcade And the historical facts of Chen Cihuang, Rong Fayuan and other families who made a living, started a business, became rich, and served the country. In the form of song and dance drama, it depicts the history of blood and tears of overseas Chinese, the history of arduous pioneering, and the history of patriotism and love for the country.
