On May 17, Tao Cuicui (pseudonym), a woman working in Shantou, Guangdong, reported to The Paper Quality Complaint Platform (http://tousu.thepaper.cn) that she is 40 years old this year, from Sichuan, because she is a second marriage and wants to have another child with her husband, she plans to go to Shantou Chaonan District People's Hospital for ring removal surgery.
Tao Cuicui said that on April 22, a woman at the entrance of the gynecology clinic of Chaonan District People's Hospital took the initiative to greet her. "She said that this Saturday, the doctor who performed the ring removal surgery in the hospital was not there, and recommended me to go to Shantou Binard Guangmei General Clinic for ring removal surgery."
Tao Cuicui said that in order to save time, she listened to the woman's advice, and instead of walking to the Binard Guangmei General Clinic, the doctor told her that she would need to wait a while before the ring removal surgery. In the waiting room, the woman took the initiative to talk to Tao Cuicui.
"She claimed to be from the junction of Sichuan and Yunnan, and asked us if it was convenient to add a WeChat, if the salary was high in the future, we would go to work together." Tao Cuicui said that she added the woman's WeChat and saw that the other party's name was Chen. After chatting for more than ten minutes, the doctor asked her to go to the infirmary for examination, and she needed to pay a fee of 688 yuan first.
Tao Cuicui said that after paying the fee, the doctor asked her to draw blood and do small tests. The doctor told her that she had detected gynecological diseases such as cervical cysts, polyps, pelvic inflammatory disease, etc.

Tao Cuicui said that she had previously gone to large public hospitals for gynecological examinations, "Every time the doctor said I was normal, and I was not prescribed a single pill." However, she did not provide the results of the examination.
Tao Cuicui said that after the examination that day, the doctor asked her to pay another fee of more than 1,000 yuan. In order to do the ring removal surgery as soon as possible, she paid a total of four fees before and after, totaling 5,308 yuan.

Tao Cuicui said that the four fees include the examination fee before the ring is removed, the cost of the ring removal, saline and gynecological anti-inflammatory costs. After paying these fees, she reported to the hospital that she did not need anti-inflammatory drugs, etc., and the hospital refunded her nearly 2,000 yuan for the medicine.

The chat record provided by Tao Cuicui to The Paper shows that on the evening of April 22, she questioned Chen's identity on WeChat, "You said that the doctor who took the ring in the People's Hospital was not there, it was a lie, and after I came back, I went to the People's Hospital to ask, and the doctor who took the ring was there." After saying the phrase "You lied with that hospital, I thought you really went to get the ring", Tao Cuicui found that he was no longer a friend of the other party.
The Paper tried to contact Chen according to the phone number provided by Tao Cuicui, and the other party denied that he was Chen after connecting. Later, the reporter tried to add friends according to Chen's WeChat account provided by Tao Cuicui, but it was not approved by press time.

In response to Tao Cuicui's complaint, on the afternoon of May 19, a staff member of the Binard Guangmei Comprehensive Outpatient Department told The Paper that now the relevant gynecological departments of the outpatient department have been closed for rectification, and the leaders decided to fire the hospital staff who insulted Tao Cuicui on WeChat, and the relevant departments rectified and self-checked, strengthened learning, and established medical ethics and medical style.
