How to communicate with the subconscious?

Step 3: Say to the subconscious, "I want to use this exercise, for example, to eliminate my headaches so that I can easily concentrate on my studies, and I need your help, can I?" ”

Step 4: Ask the subconscious, "Is there a positive motivation behind this headache?" If its response is positive, then ask it again, "What do you want to remind me of with this headache?" ”

Step 5, if the subconscious mind still does not respond, the possible causes are:

1, you are not completely relaxed, re-do the state regulation

2, you used to rarely communicate with the subconscious, or often scolded the subconscious in the past, then you should say more to the subconscious mind to affirm its importance, thank the past care and promise to communicate with it more in the future, appreciate its hard work, etc.

3, the subconscious mind is insisting on an obstructive identity, then you can say to it: No matter what, I am entitled and capable of getting more successful happiness.

Remember, getting subconscious support is a guarantee of results. Communication with the subconscious mind should be thank you at the beginning and end, and in the process of communication, whenever it gives you a response or message, you should also say thank you first and then continue, so that the subconscious mind will know that you affirm, accept, identify with and appreciate its work, and will be more willing to communicate with you enough. And whenever a person scolds himself for being useless or wrong, he is denying the subconscious.

In addition, it is better to leave enough room for the subconscious mind to play, such as "increase immediately...", rather than "increase when it is in my best interest...". ”

Stress Reduction: You can use your subconscious mind to help your body relax and reduce stress

This technique has special effects in reducing life or work stress, eliminating fatigue, improving sleep quality, self-treatment, etc. In the daily busy life of mental tiredness, but there is no time to rest, with 15 to 20 minutes to do this stress reduction method can get good results. People with long-term insomnia do it every day when they sleep, and after 5 to 10 days, they can change the situation.

Step 1: Find a place without distractions, sit or lie down in a comfortable position, close your eyes, and take 3 to 5 long deep breaths. Step 2: Concentrate your consciousness on the point where the sensations are in the body, if you want to talk directly to the subconscious, then choose the position of the chest, think that the feeling in the chest is the subconscious, and then concentrate on it and say the following words to it: Thank you for working so hard for me for so long, we are now starting to rest, we will rest... Minutes/... hour. In this... In a few minutes, every cell of the body will completely relax, rest and adjust, and refill with energy, when in... When I open my eyes after a few minutes, I will be full of vitality, wisdom, humor, composure, calmness, courage, and self-confidence. Go for the day's work/continue my learning and meet new joys and challenges.

Step 3:

1, imagine three items or three scenes, can be closed in front of the eyes of the side of the object, can also be any thing that has been seen in the past, by imagination to see a clear object, and then think about the next thing.

Then focus on the three sounds that exist in the scene. Includes vocals, musical sounds, natural sounds, or noises.

Then focus on any three sensations in your body.
