Following Dongyue's successful selection of Zibo City as one of the first batch of fuel cell vehicle demonstration city clusters in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Shanghai and Guangzhou, the Hebei City Cluster led by Zhangjiakou and the Henan City Cluster led by Zhengzhou were officially approved, marking the formation of a national "3+2" fuel cell vehicle demonstration pattern.

It is particularly noteworthy that with the approval of the two new urban agglomerations in Hebei and Henan, Zibo, Shandong, which has a domestic proton exchange membrane, has become the only participating city across the five demonstration city clusters, and Dongyue has also become the only enterprise that has entered the five major fuel cell vehicle demonstration city clusters at the same time, largely because Shandong Dongyue Future Hydrogen Material Co., Ltd. holds the core component of hydrogen fuel cells - fuel cell proton exchange membrane.

As the only enterprise in China with the mass production foundation of the whole industry chain of fuel cell membrane, the leading product fuel cell membrane technology is advanced, the production line is stable, and has been highly recognized and applied by leading enterprises of hydrogen fuel cells at home and abroad such as AFCC, Ballard, Yihuatong, Remodeling, SAIC Jie Hydrogen and so on.

On this basis, the company continues to promote the research and development of fuel cell membrane technology, a new generation of higher working conditions, higher exchange capacity, higher strength and longer life of fuel cell membranes are also about to be launched, the new products in the high temperature and low humidity working environment performance is more superior, will better meet the next generation of stack system demand for membrane materials.
