Ancient intangible cultural heritage is rejuvenated

In the history of China's civilization for more than 5,000 years, the Yellow River Basin has bred Hehuang culture, Heluo culture, Guan Chinese, Qilu culture and so on. Qinghai is the birthplace of the Yellow River, and in Qinghai, the yellow river basin has a long history and culture and rich intangible cultural heritage.

From Regong Thangka to Green Embroidery, from Hehuang Paper-cutting to Tibetan Black Pottery... The magnificent and colorful intangible cultural heritage is the inheritance of the folk for thousands of years, and also shows the achievements of our province's vigorous protection and inheritance of ancient intangible cultural heritage.

Dietary intangible cultural heritage items are becoming more and more abundant

What have changed in recent years? According to the relevant person in charge of the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, from the overall situation, Qinghai Province has basically established a four-level directory system with national intangible cultural heritage projects as the leader, provincial intangible cultural heritage projects as the backbone, and city (state) level and county (district) level intangible cultural heritage projects as supplements.

The Intangible Cultural Heritage Projects of the Yellow River Basin of Qinghai Province cover ten categories such as folk literature, traditional skills, traditional dramas, and folklore, of which more than 90% are ethnic minority intangible cultural heritage projects, and the representative inheritors of intangible cultural heritage in the province show the characteristics of combining old, middle and young people.

The reporter noted that in the list of intangible cultural heritage of the Yellow River Basin in Qinghai Province, such as the Sala Family Banquet, Huangyuan Chen Vinegar, the Turkish "Back Pocket", the Qinghai Old Eight Plates, the Jianza Daton Feast and other Qinghai delicacies are listed, and those delicacies that have been washed over the years have preserved the food culture memories of generations of Qinghai people. Traditional cuisine not only makes diners feel the adherence of the people of all ethnic groups to traditional cuisine, but also becomes a city's food business card.

It is understood that most of the dietary projects that have been successfully applied for in the list of intangible cultural heritage in our province are related to skills. The dishes, noodles, snacks, banquets, etc. prepared by Qinghai handicrafts reflect the main characteristics of the locality, influence and inheritance of food. In addition, these diets also reflect a local people's way of life.

In a moment, the craftsmen not only inherit the traditional handicrafts, but also promote qinghai silver and bronzeware to a broader market through the online sales platform.

At the same time that Qinghai's intangible cultural heritage has gone from deep to local, the creativity of integrating traditional culture and contemporary life has also made the intangible cultural heritage "tide".
