Once Liu Bang asked Han Xin, "How many soldiers do you think I can take?" Han Xin replied, "One hundred thousand." ”
Liu Bang asked Han Xin how much he thought he could lead, and Han Xin's answer was: The more the merrier.
Seeing that Liu Bang's face was a little unhappy, Han Xin immediately said, "Great King, you will be more and better, and I can't compare with you in this regard."
Liu Bang's face turned from anger to joy.
From this story, we can see the wisdom of Han Xin, who can keenly observe Liu Bang's emotional changes, know what Liu Bang needs, and speak Liu Bang's heart.
It is also thanks to this wisdom of insight into people's hearts that Han Xin can reasonably exert the talents of each subordinate when leading the troops, and there is no chaos, which is also the reason why Liu Bang is assured to let him command the three armies.
On the other hand, Fan Duo only knew how to fight and kill, there was no strategy, although he was brave, but Liu Bang would only let him do some work of fighting and killing.
There is no natural success in life, nor is there no unreasonable mediocrity, just as the so-called "virtue is not worthy, there will be a residual disaster", what position a person can do depends entirely on his wisdom.
If a person is stunned, only knows how to recognize death when things happen, and does not know how to be flexible, this kind of craftsmanship is too heavy, can only be kept, and when he encounters things outside his cognition, his brain is often blank, and it is impossible to achieve great things.
On the contrary, if a person can learn from each other and make more appropriate choices under different circumstances while having a bottom line and principles, it shows that this person is likely to achieve great things.
The above five aspects are the factors that judge whether a person can achieve great things, I don't know if everyone has gained anything? Man's success is not accidental, and when his reputation is not obvious, it must have different strengths from ordinary people.
