I remember seeing a group of photos, it was a photographer who took a picture of the subway sentient beings, the moment I saw the photo, my heart was very shocked, although the passengers' outfits were different, their faces were different, but they scattered a common energy: exhaustion! Each photograph is filled with exhaustion, and exhaustion forms a thick wall, both for reliance and prison; in the midst of knowing and not knowing, exhaustion has become the companion of many. These people don't just sit in the subway.

As a result, many theoretical systems and inspirational discourses have emerged. "Life is all about suffering, and plum blossoms come from the bitter cold." "Come on! You can do it! You have the ability! Hold on a little longer, success is at hand! "With the expectations and encouragement of others and ourselves, we work hard, study hard, work hard, try to run, try to maintain everything externally, try to be the person others want to see, deliberately or unconsciously avoid the questions that make people overwhelmed: Who am I? What do I come to do? What exactly do I want? Am I really happy?

The book "Spiritual Life" takes us step by step to know ourselves, helping us see who we really are, what we are doing in this world, and why we are alive. Of course, knowing yourself is only the beginning, and the next step is to live out your true self: what do I really like to do? Where can you find inspiration and enthusiasm? How can you apply these inspirations and passions to your daily life? How to cooperate with others to create a warm and harmonious living and working environment? And how to communicate with children in the new era? All of this can be found in this book. When we understand this "knowledge" and put it into practice, we no longer ask ourselves, "Am I happy," because we know the answer, we know that we are happy. The earth is not a valley of tears, nor a field of thorns, but a place for us to learn, experience, create, and play, relaxed and comfortable. Of course, this book is not a magic book, and after reading it once (or several times), you suddenly have a rich and complete life. This book refers to the finger of the moon, the master who leads us into the door, as to whether we need long-term understanding and practice, or whether it is enough to smile, it is up to us.

Everyone has their own unique growth journey, and for me, it was a coincidence that I was able to translate this book. I have also struggled and worked hard, and after standing up steadily with the help of Seth, I feel that I already have inner peace, hoping to help others through translation to gain inner peace and joy, this book quietly appeared in front of me, thanking Guo Yu, who first introduced joshua's message to Chinese readers. Although it was only with a desire to help others, in the process of translation, I found that I really benefited a lot. In just a few short months, there has been a surprising shift, an inner shift. On the basis of calming the heart, we also learn to accept the nature of life (not only "knowing" the truth, but also truly feeling it from the depths of our hearts and naturally manifesting it in action), and walking easily on the road of life. Of course, there is still a long way to go, and I am still really far from "being my true self". But "the journey of thousands of miles" itself is a kind of beauty, I know that life has been giving us one unknown gift after another, knowing that we have a long, long time, and many adventures.

The author Pamela is certainly an important part of this book, but the editor of this book, Huang Xiuli, also plays an indispensable role in her enthusiasm, enthusiasm, enthusiasm and patience to promote the publication of this book. Hereby, thank you to this beautiful heart! I also hope that this book can be like a silver thread and a string of pearls, connecting beautiful hearts one by one.

The plum blossoms that have undergone bitter cold do have a pleasant aroma, but the bitter cold is not a sufficient condition for the floral fragrance. Spring flowers are fresh, summer flowers are delicate, and autumn flowers are feminine. Roses are covered with thorns and have an intoxicating fragrance. Joyful life, abundant life, belongs to us, not necessarily the fragrance of bitter cold. I sincerely hope that this book can accompany you, with a quiet heart, and gladly walk on the road of feeling joy and experiencing abundance in life.

Editor's Epilogue

It's hard to say how it felt when I edited this book. More than a year ago, I came across Joshua's message and still remember the shock. The confusion that had been buried in my heart for many years was clarified. As a woman, why do I have great emotional agitation and severe physical pain when I witness other women being hurt and abused? Through Joshua and Mary, I sensed that within me there was a battle of male and female sexual energies. At that time, I was receiving psychotherapy for emotional drama. When the counselor counseled me, I saw my inner male piercing a sharp sword into my chest. In this extreme way, he expresses his love and hatred for the feminine energy. And all of this is clearly described in "Joshua's Conduction."

How can more people feel the energy of Joshua and Mary? At that time, I did not think of publishing the information I came into contact with as a book, because I had not yet entered the book publishing industry. But sometimes God will respond to your wishes. As soon as I became a book editor, I immediately sent an email to Pamela, whom I didn't know, and she readily agreed to publish the book in Chinese mainland.

The process of editing Joshua's Transmission: The Spiritual Life is a process of self-healing. Reading each word, I could feel the love of Joshua and Mary, and the love of Pamela in the Netherlands. One night, I went to Holland in a dream to meet Pamela. Joshua's energy is bright and powerful, as if illuminating the dark sun inside, while Mary's energy is gentle and joyful, somewhat mischievous, and has a more delicate awareness of the feminine emotional side. The few days when I edited the manuscript were my most enjoyable moments, and I was surrounded by light and love.

This book has two translators. Among them, the five chapters of "Three Falls", "Angel I" and the Inner Child, "Becoming a Spiritual Mother", "Raising Children in the New Era" and "The Balance Between Male and Female Energy" were translated by Zhao Xiaoyue from the English version, and the other fourteen chapters were translated from Dutch by Ai Qi. The translations of the two translators have their own strengths, and both shine the brilliance and character of Joshua and Mary from different levels.
