In fact, the design language of the Changan UNI series is very excellent, which can also be seen from the other two representatives of "KTV", UNI-T and UNI-K. In fact, as early as the announcement of the first product, UNI-T, I was making up a picture in my head. When this design language is put on a sports car, the painting style must be great. And after UNI-V landed, it proved my guess, yes.
The front part, the family-style borderless grille, the joint of the hood and the front bar are also very flat, and the overall process design is pursuing unity, which is a very good feeling.
In addition, the narrow and long light group is also sharp, and the proportions are also adjusted, with other frames of the entire front face, it does not look contradictory, more coordinated.
Speaking of the side of the car, it also ushered in the biggest controversy of this car, and many people commented on it as "domestic Audi". In fact, if this design of UNI-V can be called imitation, then MG can directly explain the copy. And we believe that the design originality of UNI-V is very high.
Another question, the slippery back shape is a patent made by Audi? Just because Audi made a milestone model, others can't do it, right? It can be said that the two are not on the edge at all, but why are they on the side? For UNI-V, there is also this application, but it is not too strong. All the accent color applications are just right, the shifters, the seats, the seat belts, the door panels, everything is very coordinated, just right, and does not give a very abrupt feeling.
In addition, one of my favorite designs is to extend a black trim strip from the door panel to the center console and to another door panel. And on the black trim, there is also an atmosphere lamp, which I personally prefer. It gives people a feeling of luxury in the low-key, and not exaggerated in the exquisite.
And the D-shaped steering wheel, I still prefer, especially when running mountains, the feel is very good and conducive to control. But the matter of blocking the LCD dashboard, at least from my comfortable posture, is a little blocked. But if you adjust it, you can also not block it, and this part is a matter of opinion.
In the space section, after our tape measure, maintaining the best driving sitting position in the front row (173cm/86KG), the leg space is 16cm, and the head space is one punch distance. It can be said that because of the shape of the slippery back, a certain amount of head space is sacrificed, but the daily use problem is not big.
In addition, in the trunk part, the hatchback shape needless to say, or quite handsome. In the practicality section, the deepest place reaches 97cm.
Driving experience: Nobun Nengwu, burned up!
Regarding the driving experience, I will share it with you in three points.
The first point is the power part. The Changan UNI-V is matched with the Blue Whale NE1.5-liter turbocharged engine, with a maximum horsepower of 188 Ps and a maximum torque of 300N·m, while matching a wet 7DCT gearbox.
This powertrain was first driven by us on the Changan Auchan X7 PLUS, and the overall feeling at that time was that the front section of power was very sufficient.
And when this powertrain is lowered to the Changan UNI-V, matching the lighter weight and lower wind resistance, this feeling is more obvious.
In the daily use scenario, for a simple example, when zero to sixty kilometers per hour, the acceleration is very fast, and this range is just the most commonly used area when using a car every day.
In addition, the maximum torque range is also very broad, so the power and continuity of this car are remarkable.
And when you need to drive more aggressively, there will be a super race orange button on the center console of the car, and when it is turned on, it will be four words and burn! The rear wing is raised, the gearbox logic changes, and it will be more moving to open. (The rear wing control can also be controlled via voice and individual buttons)
The second point is that the chassis of this car is actually biased towards comfort adjustment, and it will not be hard. This can also be shared with everyone.
The third point is the driving experience, the overall steering wheel light and heavy adjustment is heavy, even in ECO mode, although it will become lighter, but compared to most other models, it is also relatively heavy.
But its weight is not a dead weight without a sense of interaction, the overall damping rebound feeling or steering ratio, are adjusted just right, and the brake pedal has no virtual position, and the overall stroke is very short.
But at the same time, the distribution of the proportion of brake force is very humane, very easy to get started, and it is easy to achieve a linear brake.
