At the Shuitanggou Grand Festival Museum in Zhuluke Town, old objects full of historical charm are arranged in a staggered manner. Tens of thousands of umbrellas, lion dances and other old objects silently tell us the scenes of the cultural life of the people in the past. It is understood that the Shuitanggou Grand Event Museum covers an area of more than 2,000 square meters, and the museum collects more than 100 kinds of folk culture and art works with local characteristics, and comprehensively displays intangible cultural heritage such as zhongwan, ten thousand umbrellas, lion dances, stilts and decoration of folk culture in the Qing Dynasty, the Republic of China and modern times.
The annual folk shows such as the middle flag, the song and the stilt walking held in Shuitanggou Village also attract many tourists to watch.
The "Yellow River Festival", also known as "Running the Yellow River", in Xiayingzi Village, Zhuluke Town, is a national intangible cultural heritage project. This folklore has a history of more than 400 years. During the Ming Jiajing and Qing Qianlong periods, there was a custom of holding the "Yellow River Lantern Festival" during the Lantern Festival. Every year during the Lantern Festival, 16 "Yellow River Arrays" are set up on the square in front of the Xiayingzi Village Farmers' Market in Zhuluke Town.
Cui Shuxing, inheritor of the "Yellow River Society": Our Yellow River is 51 meters square, and it is more than 2 kilometers around the whole process, with a total of 960 straw handles. Our Yellow River Array mainly has the city gate tower, the flagpole of the Forbidden City, the Forbidden City tower, the straw handle on the periphery, and when running the Yellow River, there is a cultural and martial field outside.
In 2021, Xiayingzi Village, Zhuluke Town, took "Running the Yellow River" as the creative idea and invested 6.4 million yuan to transform the farmers' market, and the square has been transformed.

At present, Zhuluke Town is vigorously excavating and enriching the characteristic folk culture experience activities, integrating social resources by adopting the forms of using support policies and carrying out investment promotion, packaging and building characteristic folk resources, and promoting the high-quality development of the town's cultural tourism industry.
