The "Yellow River Festival", also known as "Running the Yellow River", in Xiayingzi Village, Zhuluke Town, is a national intangible cultural heritage project. This folklore has a history of more than 400 years. During the Ming Jiajing and Qing Qianlong periods, there was a custom of holding the "Yellow River Lantern Festival" during the Lantern Festival. Every year during the Lantern Festival, 16 "Yellow River Arrays" are set up on the square in front of the Xiayingzi Village Farmers' Market in Zhuluke Town.

Cui Shuxing, inheritor of the "Yellow River Society": Our Yellow River is 51 meters square, and it is more than 2 kilometers around the whole process, with a total of 960 straw handles. Our Yellow River Array mainly has the city gate tower, the flagpole of the Forbidden City, the Forbidden City tower, the straw handle on the periphery, and when running the Yellow River, there is a cultural and martial field outside.
