Ingredients 250 grams of noodles, 80 grams of parsley segments, 15 grams of red pepper shreds.
Seasoning 10 grams each of minced garlic, green onion oil and sesame oil, 5 grams each of minced ginger, salt and white rice vinegar, 3 grams of sugar and monosodium glutamate.
