On October 13th, the "Appreciation and Display of The Craftsmanship of Theaurus Flavor of The Ancient Chinese Noodles" and the "Tasting Activity of Respecting the Elderly with 100 People and 100 Groups of Noodles" were held in the Chen YueShi Grinding Noodles Intangible Cultural Heritage Workshop and The Transmission Base of Wuchuan County, Hohhot City, where 16 non-hereditary inheritors of the noodle skills demonstrated the noodle making skills on the spot, showing the practice of more than 20 kinds of noodle delicacies, showing the charm of intangible cultural heritage.
