At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, there was a famous healer, hanging pot to save thousands of patients, this person invented Hemp Boiling Scatter and Five Birds Play, known as the "Originator of Surgery", posterity called "Divine Doctor Hua Tuo". So that in later generations, if there are healers who can save patients from critical danger, people will call it "Hua Tuo is alive", or send a pennant to commend. It is clearly recorded in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms:
Hua Tuo character yuanhua, Pei Guo Yu people also. A gentleman. Travel to Xutu and learn the Classics of Mathematics.
Professor Tsinghua's posthumous manuscript was made public, and the content subverted history, scholar: Is Hua Tuo not Chinese
That is to say, according to the chinese canonical history, Hua Tuo and Cao Cao were fellow countrymen, both from Bozhou, Anhui, but in Guangzhou, they accidentally found a manuscript of Mr. Chen Yinke, and he proved that Hua Tuo was not a Chinese, but an Indian. Although Hua Tuo practiced medicine to save people, in ancient times, they belonged to the alchemists, and the "fang skills" were not respected in ancient times, even the healers were also despised. Therefore, there are not many records of Hua Tuo in history. Hua Tuo devoted his life to inventing the Five Birds Play and was the forerunner of medical sports.
In terms of surgery, Hua Tuo invented hemp boiling powder and surgery, which was the first surgical operation, according to the records of the Romance of the Three Kingdoms:
If the disease accumulates, the needle can not reach, when the person who must be cut, he will drink its hemp and boil it, and the whisker will die of drunkenness, ignorant, because it is broken.
That is to say, if the disease is depressed in the human body, taking medicine and acupuncture does not work, Hua Tuo let the patient drink the hemp boiling, the patient has no consciousness, and then Hua Tuo opens the knife to take the object, and then sutures. It can be seen that Hua Tuo's medical skills are not bragged by posterity, and are recorded in the main history. However, although Hua Tuo invented surgery, he died because of it. Because in that era, to open a knife to someone was simply to take a knife and take his life, no one dared to believe it. Cao Cao suffered from a head disease, but Hua Tuo wanted to cut him in the head and was eventually killed by Cao Cao.
As we all know, Chen Yinke was a famous scholar in the Republic of China period, chen Yinke was once listed with Mei Yiqi and others as four philosophers in the century-old history of Tsinghua University, and was an important historical figure in Tsinghua. Chen Yinke, together with Liang Qichao and Wang Guowei, is known as the "Three Giants of Tsinghua" and is a masterpiece of the moment. He was very cautious about the evidence of history and was an icon of many historians.
During the Cultural Revolution, Chen Yinke suffered great physical and mental torture, many of his poems were destroyed, and in 1969, a generation of masters Chen Yinke died in Guangzhou, and more than a month later, his wife, Ms. Tang Yun, also went with him. After the End of the Cultural Revolution, the staff found Mr. Chen Yinke's historical research manuscript, in which the study of Hua Tuo was simply subversive of history, because Chen Yinke believed that Hua Tuo was not a Chinese. Chen Yinke's argument has three points:
First of all, Hua Tuo's hemp boiling scatter, in the ancient Tianzhu has, called Tianzhu Hu medicine, born earlier than the hemp boiling scatter.
Secondly, the consonant pronunciation of the words "medicine" and "luohan" in tianzhu is very close to the pronunciation of "Huatuo" in Chinese. The "medicine god" of India and Huatuo of China have similarities in many places.
Third, the story of Hua Tuo's illness recorded in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, for example, when He treated Chen Deng, the Taishou of Guangling, Hua Tuo gave Chen Deng medicine, and Chen Deng vomited out 3 liters of squirming insects, which is exactly the same as the story of the Indian divine doctor Qi Yu (pictured below). Moreover, surgery is also used in the treatment of diseases in the elderly domain. Qi Yu is a Tianzhu monk, and Hua Tuo's age is basically the same, so Mr. Chen Yinke believes that Hua Tuo may be india's Qi Domain himself, along the Silk Road retrograde to China, because of the practice of medicine to save people, known as Hua Tuo, so Hua Tuo is not a Chinese.
The most famous healer in the middle of ancient times, known as Bian Que, in fact, Bian Que is a bird that has always been a god, in mythological stories this bird will cure all diseases, and finally it has become synonymous with doctors. And the Bian Que in the "Bian Que See Cai Huangong" that we are familiar with is just one of many Bian Que synonyms. Therefore, Hua Tuo, like Bian Que, is only a synonym, and there may have been a superb "Hua Tuo" in the Three Kingdoms period, but the real Hua Tuo was an Indian.
If you change to other experts, the thesis that "Hua Tuo is not a Chinese" has long been spat out to the skin, but this argument comes from Professor Chen Yinke, who is "rigorous in governing history", so many people have begun to believe that at least this possibility exists. In fact, whether Hua Tuo is Chinese or not, Chinese has long regarded Hua Tuo as an ancient divine doctor in his heart, and Hua Tuo's idea of hanging pots and healing the world has long become the most respectable and noble spirit in the hearts of countless chinese people, and this will not change.
