As a mid-term redesign, the appearance design of Volkswagen Langyi has changed no less than that of the replacement model, and the new car has introduced a dual design for the first time, and the size and power have also been adjusted. In terms of price, with reference to the Pasa-specific price strategy of the mid-year reform, it is expected that the starting price of the new Langyi will remain at about 110,000 yuan.
Mid-term revamp of Langyi
Compared with the current model, the body size of the new Langyi has been slightly improved, with a length, width and height of 4678x1806x1474mm, and a wheelbase of 2688mm. The most obvious change in langyi's mid-term redesign is the introduction of dual-appearance styling, the front face shape in addition to the traditional banner grille, the addition of the starry sky dot array grille, the visual effect is similar to the Passat starry sky version, more youthful and sporty. On the basis of the 1.5L and 1.4T engines of the current model, the new Langyi has added a 1.2T engine, matching the 7-speed dry dual-clutch transmission.
A new generation of Lingdu
On the basis of maintaining the body slipback shape, the new Lingdu will also adopt a frameless door design, which may become a highlight of the new car. At the same time, the body size of the new Lingdu is also larger than that of the old model, with a length, width and height of 4784x1831x1469mm and a wheelbase of 2731mm. In terms of power, the new Lingdu will continue to use the power combination of the 1.4T engine and the 7-speed dry dual-clutch transmission.
New Wilan
The new Weiran is based on the MQB Evo platform, the appearance of the slight adjustment is basically the same as the current model, the interior as a whole has become more luxurious, and more similar to Tuon. Coming to the car, the new Weiran is equipped with full LCD instruments, large-size suspension central control screen, the latest interconnection system, the latest driver assistance system, HARMAN Kardon audio and other configurations. The second row of first-class seats still supports electrical adjustment, heating and ventilation, and massage functions. The new Visan will continue to be powered by a 2.0T engine mated to a 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission. In terms of price, it is expected that the starting price of the new Weiran will remain at about 280,000 yuan.
Mid-term realignment of Tuyue
SAIC Volkswagen's compact SUV Tuyue will release a mid-term redesign in the second half of 2022, continuing to compete with Honda CR-V and Toyota RAV4 Rongfang. The appearance changes of the new car are mainly concentrated in the fenders, front door side wall, etc., and the adjusted Tuyue visual effect will be closer to tiguan L. In the medium term, Tuyue will be powered by a 1.4T engine and a 2.0T engine, which will match the 7-speed dry dual-clutch transmission and the 7-speed wet dual-clutch transmission respectively.
