No weekend diet, have a quick and delicious Mussel Alfredo white sauce cream seafood pasta. Yeah! Happy Meal

I liked fresh Mussel, but after carefully brushing the shell a few times, I finally couldn't stand it, and I started buying ready-made ones that had been processed and cooked, which was also very good. Some even have the flavor up, and it's very easy to cook a quick seafood noodle.
Ingredients for white sauce:
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup whipped cream + 1 cup whole milk (or with half-half)
2 teaspoons minced garlic
Half a teaspoon of Italian Seasoning chopped spices
Half a teaspoon of salt
1/4 tsp of pepper
1 cup Parmesan Cheese crushed, now rubbed better
1 cup shrimp
2 boxes of sea cucumber seeds (approx. 250 g)
I also added a box of smoked oysters, which were delicious and giggle.
❤️ The reason why the white sauce in italian restaurants is rich in milk is because butter, whipped cream, cheese are added very much, if you don't mind the heat, you can increase the amount of butter and whipped cream, which is very close to the taste in the store
method:
Add butter in a shallow cast iron pan, sauté the minced pesto, add the shrimp and stir-fry for a while.
Pour in whipped cream and milk and cook for 2 minutes over low heat.
Add the dried spices, salt and pepper and cook for another minute.
Add the sea cucumber seeds and continue to cook.
Stir in the cheese and crush it.
Sprinkle some chopped parsley on the cooked pasta right away and you're ready to go!
