This second is Sheng Shicai. At a time when the whole people are united in their struggle, Sheng Shicai has committed such an evil deed, and it is only a matter of time before he suffers retribution. Therefore, when the Kuomintang army ended in the War of Resistance Against Japan, Sheng Shicai's retribution also followed, and the people who had been resentful for a long time also participated in the campaign against him, and finally overthrew Sheng Shicai. Unfortunately, such a speculator who did not want to resist was fled abroad by him.
Liu Wenhui and Sheng Shicai, because they did not participate in the War of Resistance Against Japan, also received corresponding retribution. Some people also say that the two of them did not send troops in order to protect the stability of the rear, and we cannot investigate what the facts are. But we must be clear that when the country encounters a moment of danger, we must stand up for the country without hesitation and without reservation.
