Industry insiders told reporters that these so-called fuel-saving cards have no scientific principles to rely on. Although the fuel-saving equipment claims to be able to change the vehicle's program through the OBD interface, it is more scientific than the fuel-saving card, but the essence is still deceiving consumers.
