The model participating in the test is the 2022 Porsche Taycan entry model, priced at 888,000 yuan. Equipped with a 79.2 kWh ternary lithium battery, NEDC has a range of 414km, and we have a measured cruising range of 435km from full power, far exceeding expectations.
The winter endurance test standards and environment are as follows:
All vehicles maintain a consistent load, using mineral water counterweights according to the weight of the people on board.
Tire pressure is consistent across all vehicles
All vehicles depart with full power (SOC: 100%).
The temperature on the day was 10 °C - 18 °C (the weather was so hot that we were helpless)
All vehicles maintain uniform air conditioning settings, synchronous on and off.
All vehicles are prohibited from opening windows throughout the vehicle.
Assisted driving is used throughout the process, with a work vehicle as the headcart, and the ACC speed is set at 105km.
The standard mode is used throughout the whole process, and the kinetic energy recovery is medium.
After the vehicle power limit, take the initiative to leave the team and drive at the maximum limit speed until the nest.
The endurance results of 12 electric vehicles are shown in the figure:

Travel distance after power limitation:
The Taycan is the first pure electric model of the Porsche brand and the most expensive model in this winter endurance test. But from the perspective of NEDC endurance, it is the shortest of the 12 pure electric models tested this time.
The price is the most expensive, the endurance is the shortest, and the seemingly contradictory combination has attracted the attention of countless netizens, who all want to know that Porsche electric vehicles are "pit rich people".
We put the Porsche Taycan at the end of the convoy so that it could follow the convoy's tail car to record and rescue it at the earliest nest, but it "disappointed" us. Even after reaching the official NEDC range of 414km, the output power was still not limited, and it was not until the final 14km away from the nest that the speed of the vehicle was locked at 70km/h and continued to drop until it could not move.
The range beyond expectations is surprising, but it is puzzling that the Porsche Taycan's 12V small battery power is touching, and it consumes less than 1 hour in the case of double flashing, and its charging port, handbrake and trunk switch are all electric...
In the end, on a cold night, we invited the official Porsche rescue personnel to successfully complete a series of subsequent operations. There is also a reminder that the Porsche Taycan is not compatible with the fast charging port of the national grid, run high-speed long-distance do not expect to be able to charge the service area, remember!
