Li Jiangping: Under the premise of maintaining 12 points for illegal acts that seriously obstruct traffic safety, such as drunk driving, fleeing after causing casualties in traffic accidents, and using forged and altered license plates, according to the degree of impact on road traffic safety and smoothness, the demerit points for some traffic violations have been reduced, and the demerit points for minor traffic violations such as driving without placing inspection signs and insurance signs have been deleted.
According to the new scoring management measures, if the traffic management department adopts a warning penalty for minor traffic violations, it will be exempted from scoring; the implementation of the system of deducting points from the study of the law can deduct up to 6 points in a scoring cycle.
Li Jiangping: For those who have scored 12 points multiple times in a scoring cycle, extend the study time and increase the examination subjects. Specifically, for each increase in the number of times a motor vehicle driver participates in full-point education or 12 points for cumulative credits, the learning time of road traffic safety laws, regulations and related knowledge is increased by seven days, and the number of days of full-score learning is up to sixty days per full score. Among them, the number of drivers of large buses, heavy traction trailers, city buses, medium-sized buses, and large trucks participating in full-score education in a scoring cycle increases once or the cumulative score increases by 12 points, and the learning time of road traffic safety laws, regulations and related knowledge increases by 30 days, and the number of days of learning with full scores each time is up to 120 days.

3 new measures to facilitate vehicle registration:
