Relying on the real scene of ice and snow, the opening ceremony cultural and sports performances will integrate wonderful and shocking ice and snow sports, ice and snow-themed light and shadow art and stage environments, and program exhibitions and performances, creating an audio-visual feast that combines ice and snow sports and stage art, and creating a strong and warm atmosphere for the Winter Olympics.

The Third Provincial Ice and Snow Games set up three competition groups of youth group, university group and social group and 7 major events, 17 sub-events and 342 minor events, with a total of 3699 athletes from 14 prefectures and cities in the province and 68 colleges and universities participating, which is an ice and snow event with the largest scale, the highest technical level and the largest number of participants in our province. During the competition, the Hebei Ice and Snow Sports Exhibition and the launching ceremony of the Third Ice and Snow Games in Baoding City were held simultaneously.

As the preliminary round of the third provincial ice and snow games, this year's Hebei Ice and Snow League also held a provincial, municipal and county three-level league, adhering to the ice and snow games as the traction, continuously improving the quality of the event, and further expanding the coverage of mass participation.

This year, while preparing for the third provincial ice and snow games, our province has strongly promoted the sinking of ice and snow sports to the grass-roots level. Focusing on "parent-child sports" and fun competitions, it drives community residents to participate in ice and snow sports, achieving full coverage of 4502 communities; At the same time, more than 10,000 ice and snow sports experience areas have been built in parks, shopping malls, enterprises and stores, and more than 700 "ice and snow caravans" have been formed to enter more than 10,900 administrative villages in the province, forming a new model of ice and snow promotion experience.

The Provincial Sports Bureau and the Provincial Department of Education jointly promoted ice and snow sports into the campus, and 16,338 schools carried out a series of campus ice and snow season activities in various forms such as campus ice and snow open classes, campus ice and snow competitions, and "Winter Olympics" ice and snow knowledge competitions.

Students of Chaigoubao No. 2 Middle School in Huai'an County, Zhangjiakou City: The experience of this ice and snow sports is very good, not only have we been exposed to a lot of ice and snow sports equipment that we have not seen before, but also have more familiar knowledge about the Winter Olympics and ice and snow sports.

At present, our province has held more than 38,000 ice and snow events, of which more than 12 million people are directly involved, more than 18 million people are indirectly involved, and more than 30 million people have participated in ice and snow sports.
