With the support of leaders at all levels, Liu Dong founded the Shijiazhuang Ski Sports Association in 2015, and the membership of the association has reached more than 3,000 people from more than 20 people. With the growth of the association, the association has also organized a number of large-scale events.
Every year, the association organizes the "Zhangshi Ski Exchange Competition", which is also a gold medal event in the association and is the highest level of mass skiing events in Shijiazhuang and Zhangjiakou areas. This year's "City-wide Hot Training, Four Seasons Ice and Snow Healthy Shijiazhuang" Ski Outdoor Road Running Challenge, organized by the association, is the first mass event that combines skiing and road running, and this event will continue to be held in the future.

In 2019, Hou Chun established the Xuanhua District Ice and Snow Sports Association and began to popularize ice and snow sports. Initially, he led the coaching team to carry out cross-country skiing (pulley) training for teachers in 62 ice and snow characteristic schools in Zhangjiakou City, and then led the team to actively participate in the "six advances" activities of ice and snow sports in Zhangjiakou City (schools, institutions, communities, enterprises, families, villages) to promote cross-country skiing (skating), with 1500 participants. In February 2021, Hou Chunhe and his team participated in the testing activities of the cross-country skiing project of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics without a holiday during the Spring Festival. Hou Chun, who is also the head of the finish area of the venue group, is full of passion and leads the finish group to arrange the finish site. He also serves as referee for the National Training Team for Cross-Country Skiing. On October 19, 2021, Hou Chun served as the referee in the 3rd Hebei Ice and Snow Games and the 2021-2022 Hebei Youth Skating Championship Competition.
