Recently, the 2021 China-Japan-Korea Ceramic Culture, Art and Tourism Week opened in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province, and the event was guided by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the People's Government of Jiangxi Province, and hosted by the Bureau of International Exchange and Cooperation of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Department of Culture and Tourism of Jiangxi Province, and the People's Government of Jingdezhen Municipality.

Jingdezhen is the only candidate city in Jiangxi Province to be selected as the "East Asian Cultural Capital" in 2023, and this activity is an important measure for Jingdezhen to sprint to create the "East Asian Cultural Capital". The 2021 China-Japan-Korea Culture and Art Exhibition was also held at the Sanbao International Cultural and Creative Center in Jingdezhen, and the exhibition was curated by li Jianshen, a well-known ceramicist and artist. The exhibition showcased the works of artists from China, Japan and South Korea, giving the audience the opportunity to enjoy the paintings, calligraphy, tea ceremony, ceramics, sculptures and other works of art by artists from China, Japan and South Korea at close range, and deeply experience the cultural charm of different styles of the three countries.

Cheng Yonghua, executive vice president of the China-Japan Friendship Association and former ambassador to Japan, and Kim Chenkun, minister counsellor of the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in China, delivered keynote speeches on the theme of "People-to-People Exchanges and Regional Cooperation in Northeast Asia in the Post-epidemic Era". They mentioned that "Northeast Asia is one of the most dynamic regions in global development, and the current international situation is complex, so it is of great significance for China, Japan and the ROK to gather here to draw a blueprint for development, which is of great significance for China, Japan and the ROK to build consensus, deepen understanding and enhance friendship." ”
