In his work, he is conscientious and responsible, meticulous in his work, and has almost harsh requirements for product quality, he said: Product quality is not only related to the interests of consumers, but also closely related to the reputation of Jingdezhen Ceramic Capital. Rigorous and responsible work attitude won the trust of the factory leaders, in 1988, the factory leaders saw Zhao Siqing's advantages, transferred him to the People's Porcelain Factory Ceramic Research Institute to engage in ceramic process research and development. In the new post, from mineral processing, embryo making, glazing, painting slowly groping, over the past few years, the entire production line of the process, key technologies he has mastered very skilled, can be called the ceramic industry of the general talent.
Since the beginning of reform and opening up, the state has put forward major theories such as "ethnic relations on the mainland are basically relations between the working people of all nationalities" and "all nationalities are united in struggle and common prosperity and development," which have promoted the continuous development of the cause of national unity and progress. Zhao Siqing keenly felt that the development of national porcelain is promising, and he believes that our ceramic culture in Jingdezhen should also be integrated into the great unity of the nation. After 1995, he widely understood the culture and customs of ethnic minorities, specializing in the research and development of ethnic porcelain, so that Jingdezhen ceramics continued to move towards the minority market, deeply integrated with ethnic minority cultures, and became a clear stream in the Jingdezhen ceramic market.
Zhao Siqing has been involved in the ceramic industry for 20 years, understands ceramics and understands the market, he believes that "China's Jingdezhen, the world's porcelain capital", this sentence can not be just a slogan, we must let Jingdezhen ceramics go to the world. In 1999, in order to go to the European and American markets, he spent money to open a ceramic supermarket in Australia, and used practical actions to make Jingdezhen ceramics go to the world.
In his career, he has made great achievements, and at the same time, he feels that due to the structural reform of Jingdezhen, private ceramic enterprises in Jingdezhen have sprung up like mushrooms, many people owe technology and lack funds, and the overall development of the ceramic industry is uneven. In 2003, he led the establishment of the Jingdezhen National Porcelain Art Research Institute, which brings together pottery masters and innovates ceramic art based on traditional culture, from research and development, production, exchange to market.
