As one of the main landing enterprises of the Ordos New Energy Automobile Industry Chain Project in Inner Mongolia, SAIC Hongyan actively responds to the implementation of various policies of ordos City and YijinHolo Banner at all levels. In October this year, SAIC Hongyan Ordos New Energy Heavy Truck Base was unveiled and laid, the world's first 10,000-vehicle hydrogen energy heavy truck industry chain project was officially launched, and the first batch of hydrogen energy heavy trucks delivered by SAIC Hongyan to users in Ordos City were officially put into operation in November, and the commercial landing of hydrogen energy heavy trucks was accelerated synchronously.
On the same day, Secretary Shi Taifeng and his party walked into saicar Hongyan Ordos Tianlong factory, listened to the introduction of the project implementation plan and progress by the person in charge of the enterprise, watched the key components of new energy such as SAIC Hongyan new energy vehicle and Jie Hydrogen Technology, and understood the performance characteristics of new energy heavy trucks. He said that the development of new energy heavy trucks, Inner Mongolia not only has the advantage of resources and energy, but also has a large market, to rely on the core technology support, give play to the leading role of the industrial park, improve supporting policies, supporting facilities, actively introduce upstream and downstream enterprises, extend the industrial chain, expand the scope of industrial radiation.
It is understood that as one of the supporting contents of SAIC Hongyan Ordos Hydrogen Energy Vehicle Industry Chain Project, SAIC Hongyan Ordos Tianlong Plant construction area of 10,000 square meters, with a total investment of more than 20 million yuan, adhering to SAIC Hongyan intelligent, digital production concept, using domestic advanced new energy heavy-duty truck intelligent manufacturing equipment, the construction of a new energy heavy truck production base that integrates vehicle assembly, testing and shipment. The base has an annual production capacity of 3,000 new energy vehicles, and plans to meet the production conditions of the whole vehicle on December 29, 2021.
