Dong Ke introduced that the superposition of Nansha's location policy is unique. Nansha is located in the geometric center of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, within a radius of 100 kilometers bringing together 11 cities in the Greater Bay Area and five major international airports, with the largest container hub port in South China, the country's largest international cruise home port, trade network access to more than 200 cities around the world, more than 400 ports, sea, land, air and rail multimodal transport system is improving day by day, the Greater Bay Area "half-hour traffic circle" is taking shape, is building a high-level gateway hub for opening up to the outside world. As a national-level new area, a pilot free trade zone, a demonstration area for comprehensive cooperation between Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao, Nansha is a sub-center of Guangzhou city carrying the function of a gateway hub, and also a hub node of the national 21st Century Maritime Silk Road, and in recent years, it has been approved as a national comprehensive bonded zone, a national import trade promotion and innovation demonstration zone, and an international talent special zone, and its strategic position and functional advantages have continued to rise, and it is gradually becoming the preferred place and the best development place for global investment.

Dong Ke said that the leading role of Nansha's strategic emerging industries in supporting has become increasingly prominent. Since the "13th Five-Year Plan" period, the economic strength and comprehensive competitiveness of Nansha District have leapt to a new level, and the main economic indicators have maintained double-digit growth, becoming one of the regions with the fastest development speed and the highest development quality in Guangzhou and even the Greater Bay Area. In Dong Ke's view, the development of Nansha automobile industry is unique, focusing on the construction of Huangge International Automobile City in the north, the intelligent networked vehicle innovation zone in the central Pearl Bay, and the intelligent networked automobile industrial park in wanqingsha in the south, forming a development pattern with GAC Toyota as the leader, new energy vehicles as the expansion, and intelligent networked vehicles as the expansion. Automobile import and export trade has developed by leaps and bounds, and Shazai Island Automobile Terminal has become the largest specialized ro-ro automobile terminal in southern China, with a throughput of more than one million domestic trade commercial vehicles, ranking first in the country. Automobile maintenance and accessories, automobile design, finance and insurance, car rental and other auto service markets have developed well, and have gathered more than 160 related enterprises and stationed more than 20 internationally renowned automobile brands, forming a multi-chain integration and mutual promotion development trend of automotive industry chain, innovation chain, ecological chain and policy chain.
