Recently, national occupational skill standards such as Internet marketers, artificial intelligence trainers, information security testers, and drone surveying and mapping operators were released. The rapid development of information technology, new business models and employment forms are constantly emerging, giving birth to a wide variety of new occupations. The release of a series of new occupations and their national occupational skills standards will effectively promote the standardization and large-scale development of new occupations and new formats, and drive high-quality employment.

Drawing the "bottom line" for the live broadcasting industry

"This dress is not only fashionable, the fabric is also very comfortable, and friends who like it quickly click on the link to place an order." On the live broadcast page of the e-commerce platform, the anchor Li Li held a discount women's clothing and introduced the material and size of the clothes to the camera. After several years of experience, she can sell nearly 100 pieces of women's clothing every day. In her view, now that the live broadcasting industry is gradually maturing and consumers are more rational, anchors need to be more vertical and professional in order to better serve consumers.

Live e-commerce ushered in rapid development, but also gave birth to anchors, broadcast assistance, selection, operation, field control and other new jobs. After these positions were collectively referred to as "Internet marketers" last year, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the Central Cyberspace Administration of China, and the State Administration of Radio and Television jointly issued the National Occupational Skills Standard for Internet Marketers in November this year.

According to the standard, the Internet marketer refers to the digital information platform, the use of network interactivity and communication credibility, the marketing promotion of enterprise products; the main tasks include the construction of digital marketing scenarios, through live broadcast or short video and other forms of multi-platform marketing promotion of products, to promote the conversion rate of products from attention to purchase.

Li Yongjian, a researcher at the Institute of Financial and Economic Strategy of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, said that the National Occupational Skill Standard for Internet Marketers will make live broadcast activities more standardized and draw a "bottom line" for the healthy development of the industry by setting up reference standards for professional evaluation of practitioners in the live broadcasting industry.

Driven by market demand, the occupational requirements in the field of live e-commerce and short video e-commerce have been further refined; at present, the relevant talent training content is relatively single, and the skills of practitioners are not comprehensive, which has become a prominent problem restricting the development of the industry. The release of the national professional standards for Internet marketers will drive the cultivation of Internet marketing professionals and promote the establishment of a professional team of Internet marketers with standardized practice, excellent quality and stronger professionalism.

Ai practitioners will reach 5 million

Artificial intelligence trainers are an emerging profession that has emerged with the widespread application of artificial intelligence technology. After graduating from a domestic university majoring in computer science, Xiao Chen entered the Jingdong Daojia platform of Dada Group as an artificial intelligence trainer through school recruitment. He described his job responsibilities this way: "Through artificial intelligence and big data analysis technology, improve digital operation capabilities, gain insight into consumer needs, and make new brand products entering the platform become explosive products." At present, the company has given birth to "fashion trend forecaster", "new product innovation consultant", "path planning algorithm engineer" and other types of work within the scope of the post. For example, the "Path Planning Algorithm Engineer" helps Knight Brother plan the distribution route through algorithm design, optimize the delivery turnover from the front-end order to the end of the goods distribution, thereby improving the user experience and greatly reducing the delivery cost. In order to help newcomers continuously improve their vocational skills, Xiao Chen said that the company is equipped with one-on-one exclusive tutors, and regularly holds online and offline training activities such as learning lectures, technical salons, and "Dada Academy".

According to the national occupational skill standards, artificial intelligence trainers refer to personnel who use intelligent training software to carry out database management, algorithm parameter setting, human-computer interaction design, performance test tracking and other auxiliary operations in the actual use of artificial intelligence products. The standard also divides five levels from the dimensions of data acquisition and processing, data annotation, intelligent system operation and maintenance, business analysis, intelligent training, and intelligent system design.

With the wide application of artificial intelligence in smart cities, intelligent manufacturing, autonomous driving, intelligent services, intelligent medical care, intelligent agriculture, intelligent logistics, intelligent finance and other industries, the scale of artificial intelligence trainers is expected to usher in explosive growth. According to the ministry of human resources and social security, by 2022, the number of AI-related practitioners at home and abroad is expected to reach 5 million.

The higher the skill, the higher the salary

"Discover the fire, drone action!" Hearing the order, Zhang Jian dialed the remote control rocker, and the drone quickly lifted off, accurately locked the location of the fire, accurately dropped the "fire extinguishing bomb", and the burning flame was extinguished instantly.

This is a scene of the drone helping the forest fire prevention drill in Beijing's Yanqing District, and it is also the official test flight for Zhang Jian to become a drone pilot. He used to be an ordinary farmer in Yingchengzi Village, Badaling Town, and after the drone skills training organized by the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, he was immediately fascinated by this new profession. After hard training, he is now a drone demonstrator and instructor for a company. "From a farmer to a drone pilot, I not only have a stable job and income, but also a skill that I like." He said.

The recently released National Occupational Skill Standard for Drone Surveying and Mapping Operators sets five levels of requirements for this profession. Mr. Zhang said he was preparing to apply for a vocational qualification certificate. In his view, "it is a process of continuously improving one's business capabilities."

Through the design of occupational skill levels, the continuous improvement of the professional quality of practitioners is becoming an important direction for many new occupational skill standards. For example, the recently released National Occupational Skills Standard for Information Security Testers sets 4 levels of job requirements. For vulnerability information, intermediate workers are required to be able to consult public security vulnerability reports, comb vulnerability analysis reports, and retrieve public vulnerability verification procedures; senior technicians are required to study the scope of vulnerability impact and write vulnerability warning reports; and to judge the effectiveness of vulnerability patches or temporary solutions for vulnerability prevention.

Lai Yang, a member of the Expert Committee of the China Chamber of Commerce, said that the national occupational skill standard marks the professional skill level of practitioners in the field. The higher the level of professional skills, the higher the salary package. The introduction of more and more new occupational skill standards will not only drive high-quality employment, but also attract more practitioners to continuously improve their vocational skills, thereby promoting the benign development of new formats.
