First, sort out videos of public places that last more than 800 hours to find the trajectory of Niu Moujun's actions
According to the reporter's understanding, the investigation team immediately retrieved the video of Niu Moujun's work place, accommodation place, and all public places passing through the place on the day of the incident, totaling more than 800 hours of video content. After repeated inspections, it was clear that at 0:43 on December 9, Niu Moujun walked off work from his work unit and returned to the staff dormitory at 0:56, and did not leave again. Until 22:15 on December 9, Niu Moujun, dressed in a light-colored top and dark pants, left the staff dormitory empty-handed.
According to the unit schedule, Niu Moujun should go to work in the unit that night, but through the video in the public place, the police found that she did not go north to the unit according to the usual work route that night, but walked alone in the opposite direction, south to the Liangxi River. At 22:18, Niu Moujun passed through Xibei New Village, and at 22:22, crossed the sidewalk at the intersection of Liangqing Road and Lixi Road.
At 22:29, entering the west gate of Jinghongyuan, at 22:30, I met a resident walking near Jinghongyuan No. 14, and at 22:33 (the video in the public place showed that it was 22:28, which was 5 minutes delayed relative to the actual time) disappeared from the video screen of the public place after walking out of the north gate of Jinghongyuan.
After repeated tests by the police, the interval between Niu Moujun's videos appearing in public places at various points is consistent with the time spent by ordinary people walking, and no suspicious situations such as people trailing are found. At the same time, after Niu Moujun walked out of the north gate of the community, it was the Liangxi River Trail. The north of the trail is close to the Liangxi River, the south is a closed community, the trail from west to east only Yinxiu Road, Lixi Road, Qingqi Road three entrances and exits, the total length of about 1.2 kilometers. There are cameras at all three entrances and exits of the trail. Video in a public place shows that Niu Moujun did not exit any of the entrances and exits after entering the trail. The police checked the people who entered and exited the area that night through the video of the public place, and no suspicious situation was found at present.
Second, no suspicious persons have been found in the relevant areas visited by the platoon
In addition to retrieving videos from public places, the police conducted an investigation of the banks, green belts, pavilions and other public parts of the Liangxi River Trail that Niu Moujun must pass through after leaving the north gate of the Jinghongyuan community, and found no trace of them. According to the investigation and analysis, the police believe that Niu Moujun may fall into the water, and since the morning of December 11, the police and the water conservancy, fire rescue and blue sky rescue service teams have continued to search in the relevant rivers of the Liangxi River and the green belts and communities along the banks of the river. As of noon on December 16, more than 400 person-times had been invested.
It is understood that the Liangxi River, the river where the incident occurred, is the backbone of Wuxi, with a total length of 8.22 kilometers and a width of 30 to 125 meters. The deepest point is nearly 4 meters, and the water depth along the coast is also about 2 meters. The river is connected to the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, and the water flow speed is relatively fast, which makes the search difficult. At present, the police are centered on the north gate of the community where Niu Moujun walked out, and search in the upper reaches of the river and 2.5 kilometers downstream with sonar equipment and manual platoons. After binhu police compared the video footage of a public place when Niu Moujun left the staff dormitory at 22:15 on December 9 with the video footage of a public place leaving the Jinghongyuan community, the clothes he wore were light-colored tops and dark pants. The reason for the discoloration of the clothes in the video screen in and out of the community is due to the difference in ambient light, and the camera screen produces color difference when the infrared camera mode is activated at night, so the dark pants worn by Niu Moujun in the video are white, not the change in dress.
3. The network spread that Niu Moujun went to the river to look for items lost during the day.
After the investigation of the Binhu police, Niu Moujun returned to the dormitory after leaving the work unit in the early morning of December 9, and between 0:56 and 22:15 on December 9, Niu Moujun did not leave the staff dormitory, and there was no possibility of losing items by the river during the day.
