According to SAE's definition of L3 level automatic driving, when L3 level automatic driving is turned on, if there is an accident, the driver is not responsible, but the car company is responsible for it, which is completely different from the current L2 level problem, which is completely different from the driver responsible for the current L2 level problem.
So as long as the car starts L3 level automatic driving, then the driver can completely ignore the car, play mobile games by himself, watch videos, read books or whatever, and leave the rest to the car.
