On December 10, the reporter learned that the "Ministry of Culture and Tourism on the announcement of the sixth batch of national precious ancient books list and the sixth batch of national ancient books key protection unit list" was recently announced, and 10 ancient books and 3 ancient book collection units in our province were selected.
Gansu Province's current batch of selected national ancient books key protection units are the Northwest Normal University Library, northwest university for nationalities library, Zhangye Ganzhou District Museum, plus the previously selected Gansu Provincial Library (the first batch), Lanzhou University Library (the second batch), Labrang Temple Tibetan Scripture Building (the second batch) and Tianshui City Library (the third batch), Gansu Province has 7 national ancient book key protection units.
The 10 ancient books selected by Gansu Province into the National Rare Ancient Books List, including 3 ancient Books in Chinese and 7 ancient books in Tibetan, belong to the Library of Northwest University for Nationalities (1 Part of Chinese language and 7 parts of Tibetan), Dunhuang Research Institute (1 part of Chinese language) and library of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (1 part of Chinese language). So far, a total of 306 ancient books in Gansu Province have been selected into the national precious ancient books list.
