Three women in Xu Zhimo's life

The first acquaintance with Xu Zhimo was probably because of the song "Farewell to Kangqiao", "Gently I go, just as I come gently, I wave my sleeves, do not take away a cloud." The fusion of people, love, and scenery is so beautiful that at this moment it seems to make people fall in love with him, but when they fully understand Xu Zhimo's life, they no longer want to read this poem.

Three women in Xu Zhimo's life

Xu Zhimo, formerly known as Xu Zhang'an, (it is said that when he was a child, there was a person who overtook his head for him, and predicted that "this person will become a great instrument in the future", his father hoped that his son Jackie Chan was eager, and he changed his name for him when he went abroad to study) Born in a merchant family, the merchant Xu Songting during the Zhengde period of the Ming Dynasty was his ancestor, and to his father's generation, he became the richest man in the local area, and the superior family conditions made this brother well educated, of course, Xu Zhimo is also a diligent and studious person, it is precisely because of this, When Xu Zhimo was 18 years old, someone took the initiative to propose to him and married his sister Zhang Youyi to him.

In fact, there is no affection between Xu Zhimo and Zhang Youyi, he promised to marry more to complete the task given to him by his parents, and sure enough, not long after the marriage, Zhang Youyi gave birth to a boy for the Xu family. After that, Xu Zhimo was tepid to Zhang Youyi, so the two were married for three years, staying together for less than three months, three years later, Xu Zhimo went abroad to study, from the United States to European countries, the outside world let Xu Zhimo intoxicated himself, and find various reasons to ask for money from home, the family was worried that he was not having a good time outside, so they sent Zhang Youyi to take care of him, the two met in France, but Xu Zhimo was not happy. The two then settled in London for a while, where Zhang Youyi washed and cooked for him and took good care of him, but Xu Zhimo did not appreciate it and abandoned Zhang Youyi when she was pregnant with her second child.

Three women in Xu Zhimo's life

Subsequently, Xu Zhimo was infatuated with Lin Huiyin's talent and temperament, and the two fell in love for a while, and he also wrote a lot of poems to Lin Huiyin to express love and life ideals, but the two did not end up together.

In 1922, Xu Zhimo returned to Beijing after studying abroad, and often met with his friend Wang Geng. Wang Geng's wife, Lu Xiaoman, had a great influence on Xu Zhimo. Xu Zhimo and Lu Xiaoman met and fell in love at the Beijing social scene. When Xu Zhimo was in love with Lu Xiaoman, he wrote "Love Eyebrow Xiaozha", a strong and fiery text, revealing the lingering affection of his lover. In the days before they first got married, although Xu's father and xu mother were still dissatisfied with Lu Xiaoman, the two also lived romantically and comfortably. Only in the later stage, due to Lu Xiaoman's illness, Due to Xu Shenru's refusal to accept, due to the erosion of opium and many other reasons, Lu Xiaoman became more and more delicate, lazy, and playful, and he had long lost the passion he had when he was in love, and seemed to be no longer a spiritual woman. In order to make his wife happy, Xu Zhimo blindly accommodated her. Although Lu Xiaoman was often gently admonished verbally, it had little effect. Later, Xu Zhimo's father, Xu Shenru, out of extreme dissatisfaction with Lu Xiaoman, cut off the couple financially. It was unrealistic for Xu Zhimo to take money from his father, so he had to lecture at three schools at Guanghua University, Soochow University, and Daxia University at the same time, and rushed to write poems after class to earn fees.

In the autumn of 1930, when Lu Xiaoman was 29 years old, Xu Zhimo resigned from his posts in Shanghai and Nanjing, and at the invitation of Hu Shizhi, he became a professor at Peking University and a professor at Beijing Women's Normal University to earn a family, and in the first half of 1931 alone, Xu Zhimo traveled back and forth between Shanghai and Beijing eight times. At that time, the per capita annual salary was five oceans, and Xu Zhimo could earn hundreds of oceans a year, but even so, he still could not meet the family's expenses. The reason why Lu Xiaoman will develop such a lavish problem is because she is from a famous family and is the only child in the family, so she has developed a miss temper.

After Xu Zhimo's death, Lu Xiaoman no longer went out to socialize. She silently endured criticism and accusations from the outside world. As she said in her address to Shima Banglian; "How many past dust into nightmares, five years of mourning, hurrying and eternal tips, the heavenly path of revival, the desire to die failed to be because of the mother and old; Don't hate who to say, a sad illness, a faint soul, the human world should not be long, the posthumous editor will answer the king's heart. She missed Xu Zhimo and devoted herself to sorting out and publishing Xu Zhimo's posthumous works, which took decades, and the bittersweet and bittersweet in them were difficult to describe. The marriage between Xu Zhimo and Lu Xiaoman was a free union that broke through the feudal shackles, and although they also hurt each other, they also fell deeply in love.

Although Liang Qichao's "marriage testimony" is famous, it also reflects the care and love for Xu Zhimo, a student, to a certain extent. But it is clear that Liang Qichao is selfish and unfair to Xu and Lu. Liang Qichao scolded the newlyweds at the wedding, at least it was unlucky for the couple, and Zhao Qingge expressed strong dissatisfaction in the article: in order to win strong support, they invited the old master liang Qichao, a celebrity of the Restoration Faction, to be their witnesses. Originally wanted to use this shield to resist the feudal forces, but liang Qichao's master was also an authoritative figure who was feudal and anti-feudal, he pretended to sympathize with Xu Zhimo Lu Xiaoman's ending, and then publicly criticized their anti-feudal practice on the day of the big day, making the two newcomers laugh for a while, and had to bear the criticism with grievances.

If life deceives you, don't be sad, don't be anxious. Calm is needed on a melancholy day: believe it, happy days will come. The heart is always yearning for the future, but now it is often melancholy; Everything is instantaneous, everything will pass, and what has passed will become a kind nostalgia.
