Lettuce bun in eggplant sauce

Ingredients: 1 lettuce, 1 small bowl of light cream, 1 bowl of peas (boiled), 1 bowl of corn (fresh), 1 sausage, water starch, tomato sauce, black pepper.

method:

1. Cut the root of the lettuce with a knife and carefully peel it off piece by piece.

2. Choose a large and complete pot and blanch the water until the blades are soft and slightly transparent.

3. Dice the ham sausage, tear the lettuce into pieces and set aside.

4. Heat oil in a pan, sauté diced ham sausage, sweet peas, sweet corn kernels, crushed lettuce slices, add a little salt to taste.

5. Take a blanched lettuce leaf and add the sautéed filling to the stem of the middle leaf.

6. Fold upwards from the leaf stem and fold inward on the left and right sides.
