1. Wash the beef, cut into cubes and bring to a boil in cold water
2. Prepare the shallots, ginger and garlic. Star anise, cinnamon, peppercorns, and cumin are placed in a dressing box and set aside

6. Wash and peel the potatoes and cut into pieces with a hob
7. Add the chopped potatoes after the meat is stewed, and then press in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes (or pour into the wok and simmer until the potatoes are soft)
