On November 4, Xue Bin, deputy secretary of the Pucheng County Party Committee and acting county magistrate, investigated and supervised the ecological environmental protection work.
Xue Bin successively went deep into the White Temple section of the dry ditch in the alkali drainage canal, the Tianyao domestic waste incineration power generation project, the clean energy tailwater in-depth treatment project, the Sunzhen sewage treatment plant, and the Shengquan Houshan ecological restoration and governance point field research, to learn more about the implementation of the "river chief system" responsibility, project planning and construction, sewage treatment plant operation, mine ecological restoration and governance and other work, on-site research and solution, put forward specific implementation measures and rectification opinions.
Xue Bin pointed out that ecological environmental protection is a red line that must be firmly kept, and all departments at all levels should deeply study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought, always practice the "two mountains" concept as the "great power of the country", strictly implement the requirements of the ecological protection and high-quality development strategy of the Yellow River Basin, and unswervingly lead high-quality development with ecological priority and green development.
Xue Bin stressed that all levels and departments should benchmark the deployment requirements of provinces and cities on ecological environmental protection work, go all out to promote the ecological environmental protection projects under construction and rectification of problems, and ensure that all work is completed on schedule and with high quality; they should normalize and promote the "cleaning up the five chaos" activities of rivers and lakes and reservoirs, and consolidate the work responsibility of the "river chief system" at all levels; they should establish and improve the long-term governance and supervision mechanism for ecological protection, focus on long-term planning and implementation of a number of urban drainage, sewage treatment, drainage canal roads, reclaimed water recycling and other projects, and build a solid foundation for ecological environmental protection.
