On September 15, Xue Bin, deputy secretary of the county party committee and acting county governor, came to the construction sites of some urban construction projects to coordinate and solve the difficulties and problems encountered in the process of promoting the project. Deputy County Governor Qu Jianning accompanied the investigation.
Xue Bin and his party successively went to the construction site of Dongfeng Street Drainage Pipe Network Construction Project, Urban Sewage Treatment Plant, Pucheng East Railway Station Upgrading and Renovation Project and other projects, through on-site inspection, listened to reports, learned in detail about the progress of various project constructions, and coordinated on-site solutions to difficulties and problems encountered in the process of project advancement.
Xue Bin pointed out that the construction of key urban projects is related to the well-being of the people's livelihood and the overall development, and all relevant departments should fully understand the great significance of grasping the construction of key urban projects to the economic and social development of Pucheng County, further unify thinking, gather consensus, take the acceleration of urban project construction as an important starting point for making up for the shortcomings of the foundation, improving and benefiting the people's livelihood, and unswervingly and go all out to accelerate the construction of key projects.
Xue Bin demanded that all departments should seriously analyze the difficulties faced by the construction of key urban projects at present, ensure the quality of construction, and accelerate the progress of construction; they should go deep into the front line and sink to the scene, list the list of project promotion, grasp the implementation according to the project construction plan, timely understand and crack the problems existing in the project construction, and improve the efficiency of project construction; they should standardize the management of project construction, comprehensively promote municipal construction such as beautification, greening, and lighting in the project area, and do a good job in the planning and construction of municipal supporting facilities such as water supply and drainage, transportation road network, and power grid. Ensure that the construction tasks of each project are completed on time without compromise, high quality and efficiency.
