1 piece of chicken breast
Cucumber half a root

<h2>Practice steps</h2>
1: Cut the chicken breast into cubes, add cooking wine, salt, white pepper and starch and marinate for more than 10 minutes.
2: Wash the peanuts and rice and wipe them dry.
3: Wash and cut into cubes with white onion, garlic and peppercorns. (If you don't buy an onion, you can use an onion instead)
4: Wash and cut carrots and cucumbers into cubes.
5: Bring water to a boil, pour in the carrots and blanch the carrots for 2-3 minutes.
6: Scoop up the carrots and set aside.
7: Turn on the heat, add oil after heating the pan, fry the peanuts at low temperature, about 5 minutes, and fry until golden brown.

11: Add an appropriate amount of watercress sauce and continue stir-frying.
12: Add an appropriate amount of soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, sugar and vinegar and continue to stir-fry. (I put very little sugar and vinegar, if the seasoning is salty enough, don't add salt again)
13: Pour the cucumber and blanched carrots into the pan and continue stir-frying.
14: Pour in the fried peanuts, add an appropriate amount of chicken essence, turn off the heat and stir-fry evenly.
15. Finish loading. (If you have green onions, you can also sprinkle some decorations)
