2: Take a bowl, cover with a layer of plastic wrap, put 50g of honey beans in a bowl and set aside. (My bowl volume 430ml, 14.5x10x5.5cm, for your reference)
3, 160g pure milk add 100g of coconut milk, heat to about 50 °C, put in 24g of condensed milk and mix well, away from the heat.
4: Add the soft gelatin flakes and stir until completely dissolved.

8: After 40 minutes, the milk coconut milk in the refrigerator has solidified, pour 50g of matcha liquid onto the milk liquid in the bowl, and then put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
9. After 20 minutes, the matcha liquid has solidified, and then pour half of the milk coconut syrup poured out in step 7 to the freshly solidified matcha liquid, and continue to refrigerate for about 12 minutes until it solidifies. Q: Why does the first milk liquid need to be refrigerated for about 40 minutes to solidify, and then gradually only need 12 minutes to solidify? A: That's because we've put it at room temperature, and it will solidify a little bit at the natural temperature, so the time to solidify in the refrigerator will be shorter.
10. Repeat until the last layer of matcha liquid solidifies, pull the plastic wrap out, and cut into pieces.
