Ingredients needed: lotus root, glutinous rice, red dates, goji berries, rock sugar, dried osmanthus flowers, honey.
Production process:
1: First wash the lotus root, cut the front and peel it.

2: Soak glutinous rice in water for 3 hours.
3: Stuff the soaked glutinous rice into the crevice of the lotus root, completely stuff it and fix it with a toothpick.
4: Add goji berries, rock sugar, dates in turn in a pot, and finally stuff the lotus root of the glutinous rice, sprinkle with dried osmanthus flowers, and cook for about 3 hours.
5: After removing the lotus root, remove the toothpick and slice the lotus root.
6: After the plate is laid, drizzle with honey, and finally sprinkle with dried osmanthus flowers to complete.
