I never tell anyone how good my cooking skills are, nor do I say that I make food for my children to show off.

I just feel that after becoming a mother, I have a responsibility to make food for my children, and it is enough to watch them happily and contentedly eat the meals after their hard work.

The purpose of making headlines is also to give my children a place to remember in the future, and I like and enjoy this lifestyle now.

Ingredients: Beef, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, carrots, shallots, ginger, soy sauce, cooking wine, vinegar, sugar, tomato sauce, black pepper, oil, salt.

Wash and cut potatoes, tomatoes, onions and carrots, soak the potato cubes in water and set aside

Blanch the beef in cold water for 3 minutes, wash it with warm water and set aside

Heat the pan with oil, sauté the beef first, then add the soy sauce, cooking wine and white vinegar, then add the onion tomatoes, sprinkle a spoonful of sugar and continue to stir-fry, add tomato sauce, and then add some pepper grains and stir-fry well.

Finally, put the green onion and ginger, pour in enough hot water, medium and high heat for half an hour to reduce the heat and simmer for about 1 hour.
