Shredded squid with Kyo sauce is a simple, nutritious home-cooked stir-fry dish. The taste is fresh and sweet and delicious, especially under the rice.
Ingredients:
Squid (two)
Accessories:
Oil (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Green and red peppers (one each)
Sweet noodle sauce (1 tablespoon)
Shredded ginger (to taste)
Chicken essence (to taste)
To prepare the squid shredded with Kyo sauce:
1. Spare the squid
2. Shredded green and red peppers, shredded ginger, sweet noodle sauce and set aside
3. Shred the squid into strips
4. Stir-fry the ginger shreds in a hot oil pan and stir well with the sweet noodle sauce
5. Then add the shredded chili peppers into the pot and stir-fry
6. Put the shredded squid into the pot and stir-fry
7. Watch the squid squid filament change color curl to give salt, chicken essence off the heat out of the pot
