  4. Grind the peeled carrots longitudinally into 4 long strips, and slowly put them into the colloidal mill for refining processing, that is, to obtain a delicate carrot puree. If there is no colloidal mill, it can be softened by boiling, and the boiling time is longer than the steaming time until it is soft. Peel and rub by hand into a sauce that can pass through a 700 micron filter.

  5. Add excipients Because carrots contain less sugar than fruits, so it should be more sugar than the general fruit dan peel, the increase is 15%, if you want to increase the adhesion of carrot fruit dan peel, you need to add 1.5% agar (you can also add an appropriate amount of apple meat).

  Specific method: first put the agar into small pieces, put into 15 times the amount of water, heat and dissolve (not more than 90 ° C), and then add citric acid, flavor, sodium benzoate according to the proportion.

  6. Bake the prepared carrot puree on a baking tray covered with coarse cloth, the thickness is about 0.5 cm, start baking at 50 ° C for about 15 hours, bake until the skin is shaped and not easy to tear, the cloth is lifted together with the fruit dan skin, sprinkle a little warm water on the reverse side of the cloth, you can peel off the fruit dan skin from the cloth.
