Pork belly slices, 4 slices of taro, 1 millet 80g, 1 box of steamed meat powder, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of rice wine, a little white pepper, salt to taste
method:
1. Millet wash and soak water for more than 1 hour, taro peeled and cut into thick slices, lotus leaves washed and soaked softly, pork belly (changed to ribs or chicken thigh meat is also OK) with soy sauce, wine and white pepper for 30 minutes.

2. Mix the tamales and millet evenly, then try to be salty, you can add salt in an appropriate amount.
3. Cut the lotus leaves into 1/4 pieces, then put the taro slices, meat slices and millet in order, then wrap them in lotus leaves, arrange them on the plate, steam in an electric pot for more than 40 minutes, and steam until all the ingredients are cooked through.
4. When wrapping millet, you can sprinkle some water in an appropriate amount, so that the millet is soft and sticky after steaming.
