Ingredients: 4 russets, 1 red pepper, 1 green pepper, 1/4 minced meat, 1 clove of garlic, 1 coriander, 1 teaspoon of cooked sesame seeds
Seasoning: 2 tbsp cooking oil, 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sesame oil
method:
1 minced garlic, chopped parsley, diced chili pepper, washed, peeled and shredded.
2 Add water to a pot, bring to a boil, add russet and blanch, remove, cool and control the moisture.
3 In a wok of frying pan, put the oil, 80% heat, put the minced meat, sauté to change color, add soy sauce and minced garlic, add pepper, salt and stir-fry evenly, put out.
4 Pour the minced meat on top of the russet, sprinkle with chopped coriander, cooked white sesame seeds, drizzle sesame oil and mix well.
